Packaging
As you can see from the picture below, there are several layers of protective and decorative wrapping which go with every book which we sell. This is to make sure that they arrive at their destination in exactly the same condition that they left us in. Once the outer packaging is removed, you’re left with a present wrapped ready to give, or an indulgent treat to unwrap yourself.
Each book will have the following:
- A ‘This book belongs to’ card inside the cover (loose)
- The information ‘About this book’ which you see on the website printed onto card so that the recipient knows the full details of their book.
- A covering in clear plastic book-wrap to protect the dust jacket (this can be removed when opened or left on for protection)
- A layer of acid free white tissue paper
- A layer of black tissue paper
- Decorative black and gold ribbon
- A waterproof and protective bubble wrap bag
- A sturdy book box
